What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Coaching your employees and leaders and creating a coaching culture in your organisation will increase employee engagement, enhance collaboration, achieve change management success, and improve both employee and team performances

How does it work?

We start with a tri-partite meeting with the coachee and the company stakeholder (HR, N+1, etc.) to define the high-level goal of the coaching process.

 

From there, we work with the coachee and the sessions are designed to accompany and support them in achieving this goal. Through questioning, we work from the present towards the future.

The work carried out in the sessions focuses in setting goals, creating outcomes, managing personal change and develop more self-confidence. It also helps to reduce internal blockages.

The sessions take place within a framework of respect and confidentiality, in a climate of trust and openness. It is a safe space to talk, think and feel, without judgement and without limitations.

 

The work done facilitates a change in perspective, to see things differently and above all to understand others better and to learn more about ourselves.

 

Most of all, it helps to develop the potential we have within ourselves, to release hidden treasures.
