Before founding Mind Tree Coaching, Alexandra spent over 20 years in the corporate sector mainly in professional services within the financial industry as well as in lifelong learning and education.
She has extensive experience designing, implementing and evaluating training programmes both in-person and digital.
Alexandra is currently the President of the Luxembourg Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
