Look back to move forward
January is usually the time of the year when we look ahead, make decisions and resolutions for what we want to achieve in the future.
A good place to start, funny as it might seem, is by looking back.
Take a moment to reflect back on previous Januarys:
This exercise of self-reflection is very useful to help you identify patterns, triggers and habits that can either facilitate or hinder achieving your goals.
Make this a regular practice, and reflect on your current goals, what you are doing to accomplish
them and what you can do better or differently.
Celebrate every step taken towards the goal, and accept that sometimes a step back today maybecome a leap forward tomorrow.
