Ainda me lembro de que, nesse ano, a discuss\u00e3o girou em torno da necessidade (ou n\u00e3o) de medidas p\u00fablicas, como quotas, para \u201cfor\u00e7ar\u201d uma maior equidade de g\u00e9nero no local de trabalho. Curiosamente, este ano o mesmo tema voltou a surgir na mesma confer\u00eancia, no mesmo s\u00edtio.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mas ao olhar para esta imagem, apercebi-me... n\u00e3o \u00e9 no local de trabalho que precisamos de maior equidade de g\u00e9nero! \u00c9 em casa! A mulher na imagem n\u00e3o est\u00e1 a ficar para tr\u00e1s na hierarquia empresarial devido a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o no local de trabalho, nem por falta de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, ou pela necessidade de quotas.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ela est\u00e1 a ficar para tr\u00e1s porque est\u00e1 a carregar sozinha com o trabalho dom\u00e9stico. A mulher na imagem est\u00e1 a fazer dois empregos a tempo inteiro, enquanto o homem na imagem parece estar a fazer apenas um emprego a tempo inteiro. E enquanto assim for... parece perfeitamente natural que a escada seja mais f\u00e1cil para a pessoa com apenas um emprego a tempo inteiro.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Acredito que ambos os g\u00e9neros merecem uma oportunidade justa de ter uma carreira ambiciosa, realizada e gratificante. E acredito com ainda mais convic\u00e7\u00e3o que ambos os g\u00e9neros merecem uma oportunidade justa de ter uma experi\u00eancia parental agrad\u00e1vel, intencional e enriquecedora.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Todos temos a ganhar, enquanto indiv\u00edduos, empresas e sociedade, em permitir que todos, independentemente do g\u00e9nero, vivam vidas plenas, onde possamos desempenhar todos os pap\u00e9is que est\u00e3o ao nosso alcance e onde nos possamos libertar de cren\u00e7as limitadoras sobre quais os pap\u00e9is que \u201cpertencem\u201d a cada g\u00e9nero.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Sente um desequil\u00edbrio na sua vida?
