O meu objetivo, o meu prop\u00f3sito de vida, foi sempre desenvolver o potencial humano. Acredito que as pessoas possuem uma riqueza de potencial, talento por explorar e valor que muitas vezes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o postos em pr\u00e1tica nem acionados. Pode ser porque t\u00eam cren\u00e7as limitantes sobre si mesmas e esse potencial reside num ponto cego, ou porque n\u00e3o t\u00eam autoconsci\u00eancia ou nunca foram expostas a pr\u00e1ticas de autoconhecimento e autoestima. O meu primeiro curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi sobre autoconhecimento, autoconsci\u00eancia e melhoria de rela\u00e7\u00f5es e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df12830 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"df12830\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Acredito que cada passo vale a pena, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mudan\u00e7as demasiado pequenas: se o move na dire\u00e7\u00e3o certa e o aproxima nem que seja uma polegada do seu objetivo, tem valor. E \u00e9 por isso que a minha pr\u00e1tica, Mind Tree Coaching, por mais pequena que seja hoje, tem o prop\u00f3sito de tornar este mundo um pouco melhor, um indiv\u00edduo ou equipa de cada vez.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-703ac8c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"703ac8c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Isto traz-nos ao meu compromisso com o <a href=\"https:\/\/sdgs.un.org\/goals\">Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas<\/a>. <br \/>Escolhi dois para focar: (4) Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade e (3) Sa\u00fade de qualidade. <br \/>Como entidade formadora com \u00eanfase no desenvolvimento pessoal, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua est\u00e1 no centro daquilo que fa\u00e7o. Sinto-me grato por o meu trabalho, paix\u00e3o e passatempo se fundirem na aprendizagem, forma\u00e7\u00e3o e partilha, o que me traz prop\u00f3sito e alegria.
