Tal como o nosso computador tem o hardware (a m\u00e1quina) e o software (a programa\u00e7\u00e3o), n\u00f3s funcionamos da mesma maneira.<\/strong> O nosso corpo \u00e9 o hardware, a m\u00e1quina. Precisa de movimento, comida, hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o e descanso para funcionar. O que \u00e9 verdadeiramente fascinante \u00e9 o nosso software: os pensamentos, as emo\u00e7\u00f5es, as cogni\u00e7\u00f5es e as cren\u00e7as que nos habitam, que constituem o sopro de vida no barro que \u00e9 o nosso corpo e que fazem de n\u00f3s quem somos.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

E tal como o nosso computador pode fazer mais ou menos coisas, e coisas diferentes, dependendo do software que tem instalado, tamb\u00e9m n\u00f3s somos limitados ou libertados pelo nosso sistema operativo.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Continuando com a mesma met\u00e1fora, o computador fala antes de mais em linguagem bin\u00e1ria, em zeros e uns. E quanto a n\u00f3s? Pensamos, sentimos e funcionamos com base na l\u00edngua que utilizamos.<\/strong> As palavras s\u00e3o a base, o elemento primordial que nos permite dar sentido ao mundo. \u00c9 atrav\u00e9s das palavras que comunicamos com os outros, mas tamb\u00e9m, e sobretudo, connosco pr\u00f3prios. O que dizemos, as palavras que utilizamos, t\u00eam uma import\u00e2ncia primordial no nosso humor, no nosso estado emocional e na nossa capacidade de nos motivarmos para a a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Por exemplo, se eu me levantar de manh\u00e3 a dizer a mim pr\u00f3prio \u201ctenho de ir trabalhar, mais um dia na corrida aos ratos, l\u00e1 vou eu para aquela selva outra vez\u2026\u201d, como \u00e9 que achas que vai estar o meu estado emocional? E se, em vez de me dizer isso, eu disser \u201cvou trabalhar, porque tenho um trabalho!\u201d, \u201cque desafio serei capaz de superar hoje, como poderei aplicar a minha criatividade,\u2026\u201d. Como \u00e9 que estas novas palavras v\u00e3o influenciar a forma como vou encarar o dia, as minhas emo\u00e7\u00f5es e o meu humor? Certamente que com estas palavras me sentirei mais curioso, mais motivado, menos fatalista e mais aberto ao mundo e aos outros. E, indo mais longe, com estes novos pensamentos e emo\u00e7\u00f5es, os meus comportamentos tamb\u00e9m mudar\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>

Voltando \u00e0 met\u00e1fora do computador: tal como temos de atualizar regularmente o software para melhorar<\/p>
