Alors, en cette p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re faire le bilan des choses positives qui se sont produites au cours de l'ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, passer en revue ce que j'ai conquis et savourer les souvenirs.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>L'ann\u00e9e 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e de grands changements.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mind Tree Coaching a vu le jour en 2021 et 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e de la consolidation : la pr\u00e9sence sur Udemy avec 3 cours, le d\u00e9veloppement de collaborations avec 4 nouveaux partenaires de coaching, le retour aux formations en pr\u00e9sentiel et l'accr\u00e9ditation en tant qu'organisme de formation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des \u00e9tapes importantes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mais le point culminant de l'ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 le changement d'emploi : l'entr\u00e9e dans une nouvelle entreprise, avec un projet professionnel dans lequel je me sens chez moi, avec lequel je m'identifie tant, et le fait d'avoir quitt\u00e9 une entreprise o\u00f9 j'ai pass\u00e9 16 ans, partag\u00e9s entre le Portugal et le Luxembourg. Je n'ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi heureux professionnellement que je le suis maintenant : mon activit\u00e9 salari\u00e9e et ind\u00e9pendante vont de pair, et me permettent d'exprimer ma mission et ma passion en synergie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>2022 a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 j'ai fait du stand-up, o\u00f9 je me suis teint les cheveux en vert et o\u00f9 j'ai pass\u00e9 les meilleures vacances de ma vie au Portugal. Ce fut une ann\u00e9e enti\u00e8re v\u00e9cue sans voiture, ce qui m'a beaucoup aid\u00e9 \u00e0 relativiser les choses que nous tenons pour acquises dans nos vies, sans nous poser de questions et sans essayer de faire les choses diff\u00e9remment. Ce fut l'ann\u00e9e des retrouvailles avec des amis, du retour \u00e0 une vie sociale plus active et de mon engagement accru dans le milieu associatif. Ce fut une ann\u00e9e tr\u00e8s heureuse.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mon mot pour 2022 est Lib\u00e9ration.
